7th grade reading competition 2026

Last Monday, the 7th grade reading competition took place in the school auditorium. Students from 4th and 6th grades were invited, along with the competitors' parents and guardians. Ten students participated and they all performed exceptionally well, making it difficult to choose winners. Baldur and Salka emerged as the winners, with Harpa as the alternate. The judges were Guðrún Þóra Vilhjálmsdóttir, Gunnþóra H. Önundardóttir and Þuríður Þorláksdóttir. While the judges deliberated, Ágúst Þór Guðmundsson and Arnar Páll Viktorsson took the stage. They delivered a truly beautiful and polished performance.
